Due to the high risk of lightning while playing golf, all clubs and sponsors of golf tournaments are requested to ensure the protection of players against lightning strikes. (Note 5, Official rules of golf, rule 6-8b).
The ZSG N2 and ZSG S4 are very simple to install.
The ZSG N2 includes two alarm devices (each with a sound pressure of 124 dB) which - taking into account the technical possibilities - will be installed and aligned at the clubhouse or on the golf course. The warning signal will activate through a wired trigger switch, which will be permanently installed on central, sheltered place (e.g. clubhouse, tournament office).
The ZSG N2 is can always be extended by adding more warning devices.
The ZSG S4 combines all features of the ZSG N2 plus two additional warning devices and an automatic switch box. The automatic switch box can activate the following preprogrammed and officially recommended warning signals:
• Discontinue Play Immediately: One prolonged note of siren.
• Discontinue Play: Three consecutive notes of siren, repeated.
• Resume Play: Two short notes of siren, repeated.
• Manual signal with a single tone
The ZSG S4 also includes a cable microphone, which gives you the opportunity to make personal announcements.
Due to the variable cable lengths, both systems are very flexible and can easily be adjusted to the landscape of your golf course. The detailed technical drawings guide you or your technician through the installation process.
